Note, the exterior of the homes whether Executive or Standard are virtually the same. The difference lies in what the home owner did after the purchase... did he go to an Interior Designer and put the "wow" into his home, or did he visit a local furniture store and purchased some tables, lamps, dressers, beds and the like. You will find that the furniture package, the carpets, the window treatments, the color of the rooms, the kitchen amenities all to be of superior in quality and decoration in the Executive home. The nightly difference in rate is about $25 to $30 depending on the number of bedrooms and the season of the rental.
